Why Does My Heel Hurt?

Millions of people all over the world suffer from back pain, and struggle to get the right treatment for the pain relief. Pain in the lower back affects more than 90% of the people at some point in their life. Lower back pain is not a disease, but it is a symptom that can occur from several different processes. In more than 85% of the people, no specific cause is identified for the pain despite the thorough medical examination. If there is chronic pain in the spine, it can eventually develop into fibromyalgia because spinal pain can lead to changes in the brain and central sensitization over time.

The difference between chronic back pain and symptoms of an injured back can largely be determined by the type and origin of the pain you are experiencing. Burning or stabbing pain, as experienced with a pinched nerve, is defined as neuropathic pain and is usually the result of damaged nerve tissue. Pain that is a result of injury or disease usually presents as a dull ache or pressure sensation, is ongoing, and falls under the category of nociceptive pain, meaning pain that occurs as a result of tissue injury in the bones, muscles or joints.back pain

With the support, knowledge and experience of Steve Richfield, who is the only Central Metabolic Control system Therapist in the world, I fixed my low body temperature. This process is called resetting. I went through the process without drugs. It took two weeks initially and then I had to apply myself to about two years of maintenance. I may never know if I have prevented a recurrence of breast cancer, that remains to be seen, but I believe that optimising my immune system by resetting my low body temperature has enabled my body to have a go at curing my back pain. So far so good.

Black Disc Disease is also known as Degenerative Disc Disease and is most commonly found in adults. Even though the name implies disease, it is actually a natural process associated with aging. In most cases, since the disease can be correlated with aging, it is asymptomatic. However, in the rest of the cases, the main symptom is back pain that occurs gradually and does not necessarily coincide with any type of trauma. A herniated disc in your back can cause symptoms like lower back pain and pain in your legs. If the same disc in your back herniates more than once, it is called a recurrent herniated disc.

Any mild discomfort that you may feel as you begin an exercise program should gradually ease as your muscles become stronger. The key is to start an exercise program at a low level to ensure your comfort and proper technique, and then progress slowly as your symptoms allow. Exercises for specific muscles that stabilize the spine may help reduce the low back pain. Diet/Weight To help reduce acute aggravations and avoid additional pain, it is important to have a maintenance/prevention plan. This should include a regular exercise program with stretching, strength training , and endurance and aerobic activities. Yoga is a good base activity for many people.
